I found no documentation on how to apply the patch (4.2.1-to-4.2.2), but
figured it out. I have seen that question here before. So to upgrade using
the patch on Linux/Unix, simply cd to the php source directory and run
"patch -p1 <php-4.2.1-to-4.2.2.patch . Then do the ./configure,
make, make install again.
